School was established in 1986 as a coaching centre. Some dedicated parents started it at their houses. Dr. Abdul Majeed , Dr. Syed Khadri and Dr. Riyazudeen Mullah were the founder members of school. It was licensed by Ministry of Education, K.S.A in 1999 and was given affiliation for Secondary School Certificate Examination by C.B.S.E on 8th August 2003. On 6th of July 2007 School has been sanctioned affiliation for Senior Secondary Certificate Examinatio First batch of students appeared at Xth CBSE Board examination in March 2005. Till now four batches have appeared at Xth CBSE Board examination. School has achieved 100% result in these examinations. This year it was the first batch of XIIth class CBSE Board examination. School achieved 100% result with all the students passing in First Division.
